Check-in starts from 2:00 PM. Check-out is strictly by 12:00 noon. Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's licence, international passport, or National ID) upon arrival. The primary guest must be 18 years or older.
Payment details are shared only after your dates are confirmed. Do not transfer money to any account until you have received written confirmation from us at hello@suntracks.com. We are not liable for payments made to impostors. A refundable caution fee of ₦50,000 is required at the time of booking; it is refunded within 3 working days after check-out following a satisfactory inspection (no loss, damage, or unpaid services).
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in time. Late cancellation (24–48 hours): 50% of one night's rate is charged. Under 24 hours or no-show: 100% of the first night's rate is charged and the remaining balance is refunded. Always confirm the terms for your dates before paying.
Quiet hours are observed between 21:00 (9 PM) and 07:00 (7 AM). No smoking indoors. Pets are not permitted. Visitors are allowed strictly until 11:00 PM unless explicitly registered. No parties or events without prior written approval. Guests keep the apartment clean and in good order and report damage or faults promptly. You are responsible for loss or damage caused during your stay.
If you register, use a valid email address and verify it. Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account.
